Day Eight

20 minutes on the elipitical

After Work-Out
20 oz water
1 banana

Breakfast
2 low-fat whole grain waffles with SF syrup
1 Turkey Sausage Link
Breakfast milkshake

Mid-Morning Snack
1/4 cup cashews
Water

Lunch
half an Asian Chicken breast
1/8 cup brown rice
banana
16 oz Crystal Light

Afternoon Snack
Diet Cherry Limeaide from Sonic
Strawberry Yogurt with 1/8 cup granola

Dinner
2 small pieces of Naan bread pizza
16 oz Ice Tea

Evening Snack
Protein Pudding, a little over 1/2 a serving -- left cup on end table and walked off and the dog ate the rest.



My goal for tomorrow is to do better with my water. It was a super crazy day and I didn't use my big liter bottle and didn't drink what I should have.
