Day Nine

20 minutes on the elipitical

After Work-Out
8 oz Strawberry & Banana smoothie
8 oz water

Breakfast
2 low-fat whole grain waffles with SF syrup
1 Turkey Sausage Link
4 oz water

Mid-Morning Snack
Banana
1/2 liter of water

Lunch
2 small pieces of Naan bread pizza
1/2 liter of water

Afternoon Snack
Strawberry yogurt with 1/8 cup granola
1 liter of water

Dinner
Baked potato with grilled chicken
strawberries & bananas
8 oz Ice tea

Evening Snack
fell asleep early and didn't have one
