Sensational Spiced Salmon
Adapted from: Taste of Home Healthy Cooking

2 T brown sugar
4 t chili powder
2 t grated lemon peel
3/4 t ground cumin
1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground cinnamon
4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
Combine the first six ingredients; rub over salmon. Place in a baking dish that has been coated with non-stick spray. Bake uncovered at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Our Thoughts:
I didn't think that this was bad but neither E or G cared for it. I think it might have been too much chili powder. It wasn't overly spicey but just needed less of it and maybe another spice added in. I have been asked to not make it again
