Thirsty Thursday -- Chocolate Banana & PB Shake

Here is another shake that is not only WW friendly but it is filling enough to have as a lunch or even a filling snack.

Chocolate, Banana & PB Shake
WW points: 7
1 Dairy, 1 Fruit

1 cup 2% milk
1 packet No Sugar Added Rich Milk Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast
1/2 banana
1 T creamy PB

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.


  1. I just had this at my friends house the other night. It was amazing


  2. My best friends mom used to make something similar to this for us on the weekends. (They were super duper healthy eaters so..that was our treat!)
