Thirsty Thursday -- All Day Energizer

Here is a quick smoothie that can be used for breakfast or a snack. It is also very Body for Life friendly.

All day Energizer
1 serving


1 or 2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 banana
3 strawberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup papaya juice
ice

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

  1. That sounds good! I'm going to have to try this :) Where do you find papaya juice? Is it by the orange juice?

  2. I have seen it in the canned juice aisle and in the produce section with the POM juice.
