E found this place online while researching for our vacation and found this place for breakfast. Several review mentioned great pancakes and some mentioned biscuits & gravy. E knows that I love biscuits & gravy and after reading the reviews there was no way we were driving by this place. We arrived around 10am and it was PACKED! People standing around outside & inside waiting on a table. The wait was about 20 minutes but I was starving and just had to have some of these biscuits. It was worth the wait.

E Ordered: Pancakes, hashbrowns, sausage
G Ordered: The kid's smiley face pancake -- this was so cute! It looked similar to Mikey Mouse
OH MY!!! The biscuits were light and fluffy and the gravy was amazing. I tried a bite of pancake and it was great too. So light and fluffy and the syrup was perfect (not too sweet).
Anytime we are in this area of Colorado we will make sure to stop in here for breakfast.
