Day Four - not a great day

Today wasn't a great day. I didn't pack a lunch (forgot it) and ate something that I had in my desk (not great), plus it was a late night at work and we ordered pizza.

10 minutes of elipitical

After Work-out
10 oz water
1 1/2 cups milk w/carnantion instant breakfast, no sugar added & whey protein
2 waffles w/sugar free syrup

Mid-Morning Snack
1/4 cup cashews
1 liter water

Lunch
Turkey (white meat) with 1/2 cup stuffing and 1/8 cup brown gravy (It was a Marie Calendar's meal from soup asile)
16oz Crystal Light
20 M&Ms

Afternoon Snack
Strawberry yogurt w/ 1/4 cup granola
12oz Crystal Light

Dinner
2 small pieces of pizza (peperoni, ham, onions, garlic & bacon)
12 oz Coke Zero
2 Sugar Cookies

Evening Snack
3/4 cup Honey Nut Cherrios w/ 1/4 cup milk

    Plus, sometimes a girl just needs a sugar cookie...or 2 ;)

  3. Everyone has a bump in the road sometimes! You are doing absolutely so don't get discouraged. Have you ever tried frozen grapes before? They're my favorite!!
