Fast Friday -- Quick and Easy Ideas

My first Fast Friday is a quick and easy idea for a high protein snack. If you follow Body for Life then this a great snack for you (I love it for a before bedtime snack).


Protein Pudding

1 Box of fat-free, sugar-free pudding (I have used choc, vanilla and butterscotch)
2 cups skim miks
2 scoops vanilla whey protein

Mix all ingredients in a blender for 45 seconds. Pour into two small bowls and refridgerate.

  1. I made this last night and had some today for lunch. Soooo good! Definitely a new "healthier" treat for me! Wheeee! I had chocolate this time, I'm trying butterscotch next!

  2. Glad you liked it Jackie. I have done white chocolate, butterscotch, cheesecake, vanilla, chocolate, etc. Almost all of the sugar free versions.

  3. Today I did banana cream pudding mix with chocolate protein powder...definitely my new favorite! I got lemon also that I'll mix with vanilla
