
These are some of my fave smoothie/milkshake recipes and I use them for breakfast. If I use them for breakfast then I add in a scoop of protein powder to them that way they are more filling. All of them are very easy and super yummy!!
Choclate Morning Milk Shake

1 dairy
2 fruits
1 cup 2% milk
1 banana
1 packet No Sugar Added Rich Milk Chocolate Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast Complete Nutritional Drink
1/2 cup ice cubes (I leave these out)
Directions: Place milk, banana, drink mix and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Shake

2 fruits
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 packet No Sugar Added Rich Milk Chocolate Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast Complete Nutritional Drink
Directions: Place milk, strawberries and drink mix in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Chocolate, Banana & Peanut Butter Shake

1 dairy
1 fruit
1 cup 2% milk
1 packet No Sugar Added Rich Milk Chocolate Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast Complete Nutritional Drink
1/2 banana
1/2 cup ice cubes (I don't use them)
1 T creamy peanut butter
Directions: Place milk, drink mix, banana, ice and peanut butter in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie (great for snack or dessert)

2 fruits
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup 2% milk
1 T sugar free/fat free cheesecake dry pudding mix
1/2 cup ice
Directions: Place strawberries, milk, pudding mix and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Chocolate Caramel Smoothie (great dessert)

1 packet No Sugar Added Rich Milk Chocolate Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast Complete Nutritional Drink
1 cup 2% milk
5-10 ice cubes
1 Weight Watchers Chocolate Caramel mini bar
Directions: blend drink mix, milk & ice cubes until smooth. Chop bar and stir into smoothie. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Stawberry Banana Smoothie
2 servings
WW 1pt per serving
1 large banana
12 strawberries
6-10 ice cubes
Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie
2 servings
WW 0pts per serving
2 cups Crystal Light Lemonade (or any flavor)
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
2 cups ice
Peaches & Cream Smoothie
2 servings
WW 3pts per serving
2 bananas
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup apple juice
Chocolate Fudge Shake
4 servings
WW 1pt per serving
2 cups skim milk
1 package Jell-o Choclate fudge instant pudding & pie filling (sugar free/fat free)
2 cups crushed ice
Pour milk into blender, add Jell-o and ice; cover. Blend at high speed for 15 seconds or until smooth.
Mixture thickens as it stands, add milk to thin.
