Body for Life Protein Pudding

Body for Life
Protein Pudding

•1 box fat-free, sugar-free chocolate or vanilla pudding
•2 cups skim milk
•2 scoops chocolate or vanilla whey protein

Mix all ingredients in a blender for 45 seconds and pour into two small bowls.

I just made a batch of this and I mixed it by hand according to the pkg directions and put it in the fridge after I put it into two cups.


  1. I have never had pudding before, and I have recently been contemplating on either buying some to make or getting pudding cups. I thought it might be a good night time snack for me as I am a bottomless pit when it comes to desserts s this could be really good for me!

  2. I love the SF pudding. I normally buy a box and make it because it is cheaper than the pudding cups. Add a bit of whip cream to the top for extra yum.

    I really like the cheesecake flavor and the white chocolate flavor - something other than vanilla and chocolate. OH and butterscotch. I know that there are other SF flavors as well.
