Fast Friday -- Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

Here is another great recipe that uses the Philadelphia Cooking Creme! I am really liking these new products and think you all should give them a try.

Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Casserole
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 pkg frozen broccoli florest, thawed & drained (14 oz)
1 1/2 cupes shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or any mix you would like)
1 tub Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
1/2 c milk
24 Pitz crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
1 T butter, melted

Heat oven to 400.

Combine the first 5 ingredients and put in a 13x9 baking dish, cover.

Bake 25 minutes, meanwhile mix chracker crumbs & butter.

Stir chicken mixture; top with crumbs. Bake uncovered, 10 mins or until topping is golden brown.

This was a good dish -- it made more than we could really eat but it was something I would make again.
