I am a big fan of breakfast milkshakes and smoothies -- they are a quick and easy breakfast and you can take it out the door with you. Plus they are also kid friendly and they don't realize that you added a banana!
Chocolate Banana Milkshake
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup ice cubes (I don't always put these in)
1 packet No Sugar Added Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor NESTLE CARNANTION INSTANT BREAKFAST Complete Nutritional Drink
1/2 banana
Place milk, ice, drink packet and banana in blender; cover and blend until smooth.
***If I leave the ice out, then I put a whole banana in the shake***
