Weekly Menu

Saturday
Mini Homemade Pizza -- each one can make their own with various ingredients -- pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Canadian Bacon, Onion, Mushrooms, Bell Pepper, Pineapple

Sunday
Wonton Soup
Spicy Orange Chicken

Monday & Tuesday
Our last fend for yourself nights. These are E's last nights working, he is about to go to a regular schedule w/new job.

Wednesday
Crock-pot Creamy Chicken & Noodles
Peas

Thursday
Italian Zucchini Bake
Salad

Friday
Goulash
Green Beans

Other Items
Fresh Fruit - watermelon, cantelope, bananas, peaches (if I can get good ones)
Planters Punch Cake (for work, didn't take it last week)
Omlets for Sunday Brunch

G's Breakfast Ideas
Fruit Bars w/cottage cheese & oj
Waffle w/PB
Sausage & Cream Cheese Cresents
Cereal
Choc Chip Muffins (we will see if he eats these)

Getting ready for the week
Cooking up Italian Sausage, Ground Beef, Breakfast Sausage and Bacon all at once
Cutting up veggies & fruit
Baking Choc Chip Muffins
Preparing the Sausage & Cream Cheese Cresents
Shredding up cheese (mozerella & cheddar)

Here is a look at how we got ready for the week:

Veggies all cut up to use for pizzas, omelets, etc

All of the meat cooked == ground beef, breakfast sausage and the crescent mixture
