Easy Potluck Dish - Buffalo Chicken - Crock Pot Dish
The next time you have a potluck event or hosting a big party, try out this easy dish.
Buffalo Chicken in the Crock-Pot
Mix the following ingredients in a medium size bowl:
1 cup chicken broth
1 bottle of your favorite buffalo sauce (approx. 12 fl oz)
2 packets of dry ranch dressing
Place one bag of frozen chicken breasts into your crock-pot and then pour over your buffalo mixture.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred chicken and pour some of the sauce that is still in your crock-pot. The extra sauce will spice up your chicken and make it moist.
You can make yummy sub sandwiches, buffalo chicken pizza, add to a wraps or eat on crackers.
