Day Ten

Today I didn't do great with my water again. I was up and down at work and not sitting still and didn't drink very much at all. :(


20 minutes on elipitical

Breakfast
Protein Shake
1 low-fat whole grain waffles with SF syrup

Mid Morning Snack
1/2 banana
I had cheese but couldn't find it
water - not much

Lunch
Turkey w/mashed potatoes
pear fruit cup
water - not much

Afternoon Snack
Strawberry yogurt with 1/8 cup granola
5 oz Coke Zero

Dinner
Grilled chicken
potaotes
asparagus
water

Evening Snack
1 graham cracker with PB and honey
2 small pieces of Dove chocolate
