

I needed to use up some of the leftover buffalo chicken recently and made a copy-cat of an appitizer that we have had at Cheesecake Factory.
Buffalo Chicken Wontons
Wonton wrappers
Buffalo chicken (see crock pot recipe)
Cheese -- Monterary Jack or Cheddar Jack
Fill wonton wrappers with chicken & cheese. Fold over and seal edges with water. Fry in either a deep fryer or a deep pan with vegetable oil.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with Ranch Dressing or Blue Cheese Dressing.
**You can also use egg roll wrappers instead of the wonton wrappers**
