I just love Pioneer Woman and her cookbook is just amazing! Recently, I made the Chocolate Sheet Cake recipe to take to work my manager's birthday. It was very easy and so dang chocolately and good. I really liked it being cooked in a sheet pan because it was a thinner cake and because it is rich I don't think I could have a really big piece. (and I really like chocolate)
