Day 12 and Day 13




The past few days have been crazy! Lots going on at work and home. I hope that everyone has a great Easter Weekend.


Day 13
20 minutes on elipitical

Breakfast
Protein Shake

Mid-Morning Snack
Strawberry yogurt w/granola

Lunch
1 sandwich thin
1 wedge of laughing cow cheese, garlic herb
2 crab sticks
6oz Diet Dr Pepper

Afternoon Snack
Protein shake

Dinner
1 slice of meat pizza on thin crust
4oz sprite

I had 1.5 liters of water and 8oz crystal light throughout the day.

Day 12

Stawberry Banana Smoothie
bowl of Rasin Bran Crunch

Mid-Morning Snack
Cashews

Lunch
1 sandwich thin
2 wedges laughing cow cheese, garlic herb (too much cheese)
2 crab sticks
a few green grapes

Afternoon Snack
Strawberry yogurt w/granola

Dinner
(We were at a hockey game -- there is a reason their hot dogs were $1, they weren't that good LOL)
1 hot dog
1/4 of a soft pretzel
8oz Diet Dr Pepper

Thoughout the day I had 2 liters of water and 10oz crystal light
